Ross Janota is currently employed with Hlavinka Equipment under the Precision Farming sector of the company. He began service in March of 2022 at the Taft location, after doing 15 years of machining/repair work on rotating equipment for the petrochemical industry.

Ross grew up working on the family farm and ranch, along with the family-owned feed store in Sinton, Texas where you would find him most of the time during his high school days. Ross graduated high school from Sinton in 2003 and shortly after that he attended Texas State Technical College where he received an associate degree as a manufacturing engineer.

Ross is currently married to his wife Crystal Janota and have 3 wonderful boys together: Evan, Dylan, and Landon. In his spare time, if not at a school function, sporting event, or work, you can find him on the bay fishing, or working on farm equipment. He and his family also do hay baling and work cows when the time comes.
