Ralph Novosad is the manager at the El Campo location for Hlavinka Equipment Company, a position he has held since joining the organization in 2005. With an extensive background in agriculture, Ralph 's experience helps contribute to the success of the company.

Ralph is a proud 1978 graduate of Texas A&M University. He has resided in El Campo since 1990 and has actively engaged in various committees and leadership roles in the community. Ralph served 12 years on the El Campo ISD School Board and many years on the St Philips Catholic School. he currently holds the position of president at the Northside Education Center further demonstrating his dedication to fostering educational initiatives in the community. Ralph is a member of the Western Rice Belt Production Conference committee where his expertise contributes to advancements in the agricultural industry.

Ralph and his wife, Carol have I daughter. They recently celebrated the arrival of their first grandchild.

In his leisure time, Ralph enjoys reading and tending to his yard and garden. He has a natural talent for planting and gardening.

Ralph is a family man, businessman, and community advocate making a positive impact in both his personal professional life.
