Lance Potts graduated from Texas A&M in 1987 with a degree in Ag Systems Management. He farmed commercially in the Rio Grande Valley before joining the staff at Hlavinka Equipment Company in 1994. 

Initially serving as the tire service manager, Lance quickly evolved into a sales role with the company. He prides himself on his loyalty and dedication to his customers and strives to give each customer the time and attention deserved.

Lance is married to Tricia Pilger Potts and they have raised four children. Most importantly he enjoys being “Pops” to their four grandchildren. The family enjoys attending Aggie sporting events, as well as boating and fishing.

He is a member of the Holy Cross Catholic church in East Bernard, has served on Little League, Fair and Western Equipment Dealers Association boards.
