Justin joined the HEC team in October of 2022 as a Sales Support Specialist. If you have not met him, you can find him out in the field with one of our many customers!

Justin's story began in 1996, where he then grew up in Mission Valley Tx on a family ranch which focused on producing hay and brahman cattle. After 18 years on the ranch and graduating from the well-known Cuero High School, he then pursued a college degree at Navarro College in Ag mechanization technology focusing on Ag industry repairs. For seven years he then worked as a field service technician repairing equipment. Between his time on the family ranch, and repairing equipment, Justin has grown a passion with the hay and cattle market and strives to provide Hlavinka customers with an experience they won't forget!

When not at work, Justin enjoys spending time with his wife Miranda (of three years) and daughter Jane (currently 3 weeks) and working to improve recently acquired land to continue to carry on a family tradition!
