Jennifer currently serves as the Controller at Hlavinka Equipment Company in East Bernard. She has served in several different capacities in the accounting office since joining the company in 2012 and has been in her current role for 5 years.

Jennifer grew up the proverbial “farmer’s daughter” in the small town of East Bernard and has been around the agricultural industry since birth. Like many of her colleagues, her first job was on her family’s farm. She graduated from Texas A&M in 1996, earned her CPA license, and practiced in both the public and private sectors until 2010. She has experience in audit, corporate and individual taxation, financial statement prep and analysis, and small business management. Her attention to detail, exemplary organizational skills and strong work ethic have been instrumental not only in her personal success but also the success of her team.

When she’s not working, she enjoys traveling, retail therapy, and spending time with family and friends. Her favorite place to be is on the beach with Clinton, her husband of 27 years, along with their 3 adult children and 1 goldendoodle granddog.
