While in high school Todd enlisted in the world’s finest Navy. Upon his graduation in 1995 Todd spent four years traveling the world in defense of this great nation. After his enlistment Todd went to Sam Houston State University where he earned a degree in Construction Management and graduated in 2003. After college Todd worked in the heavy construction field building things from interstate highways to earth work for schools. In 2012 Todd changed careers to the sales side of the industry. Todd worked for construction equipment and other farm equipment dealers. March of 2021 Todd joined Hlavinka Equipment Company as a salesman in Victoria. January 2022 Todd was made the location manager of Hlavinka Equipment Company Victoria.

Todd is a life member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Lavaca County Memorial Post 6382. Todd is also a member of the Hallettsville Volunteer Fire Department where he also serves as the Vice President for the department.
