Blake Hlavinka currently serves as the Complex Service Manager at Hlavinka Equipment Company. Prior to this position, he worked in the sales, service, and accounting departments, which gives him a knowledge of all aspects of the business.

Blake has grown up in the industry, as his father currently serves as President. He started working in the shop at 12 years old during the summer breaks. After graduating high school, Blake attended Texas A&M University where he received his degree in Agricultural Leadership and Development.

Blake met his wife, Reagan, while at Texas A&M and they got married in May of 2019. They currently live in East Bernard, Texas with their son, Henry, and their two dogs, Deuce and Nala. Blake and Reagan are avid world travelers and take every opportunity they can to explore new places together.
