Designed for trenching and excavating in space-restrictive applications, the zero-tail swing Terex® TC125 compact crawler excavator achieves exceptional maneuverability on congested job sites and works in parallel-to-wall operations with ease. The load-sensing and load-independent flow division hydraulics system is matched to the machine’s size to give operators a greater power ratio and smooth, simultaneous operation for maximum worksite production.

The boom system on the TC125 excavator won’t let operators down, even when used continuously in tough environments. Special link bearings on the cylinders protect the bushings, and bolts help reduce friction, which promotes longevity and makes repair easier. End-position cushioning on all hydraulic cylinders of the working equipment provides smooth operation and reduced wear. The undercarriage system is guided inside and outside to reduce track wear and tear. The rollers are permanently lubricated and enclosed, and they are, therefore, easier to maintain. The travel motors, gearboxes, pipes and hoses are well protected from damage by the cover plate.

The dozer blade on the TC125 unit is designed to complement the unit’s tracks perfectly. Work can be performed with the bucket right against the dozer blade for clearing a construction site. And, the blade’s ultra-wide, rounded design provides excellent material flow, away from the unit’s tracks, when leveling.

With noise and vibration cushioning, operators can work in a cab environment that is both comfortable and functional to aid productivity. Weighing 25,350 lb, the 116-hp TC125 excavator has a maximum dig depth of 16 ft 1 in and a maximum reach of 28 ft 5 in.
